Challenge: Our goal is to create borough-specific brochures that effectively communicate the value of Success Academy schools to prospective families in each area. The challenge lies in not only updating existing materials for Manhattan, Harlem, and The Bronx but also in crafting entirely new brochures for Brooklyn and Queens. These materials must resonate with local communities while maintaining the overall SA brand identity.

Solution: To address this challenge, we created  a cohesive suite of brochures, each tailored to the unique characteristics and needs of the five boroughs. For Manhattan, Harlem, and The Bronx, we will refresh the existing brochures to include a comprehensive overview of all SA schools in these areas, ensuring that prospective families have a clear understanding of their options. For Brooklyn and Queens, we will develop new brochures from the ground up, focusing on local context and highlighting the benefits of joining the SA community.

Outcome: With updated and newly developed brochures for all five boroughs, our Scholar Recruitment team will be equipped to engage with prospective families more effectively, ensuring that every community in New York City is aware of the opportunities available at Success Academy schools. By tailoring our outreach to the unique needs and characteristics of each borough, we aim to increase application rates and support the growth of our school network across the city.
